At 5PM I had a headache the size of Texas and all I could manage other than swallowing (what a nurse friend recommended) the pharmaceutical cocktail - a combo of Tylenol and ibubrofen - was to take a picture of the over the counter products I had on hand. I am happy to report as of the posting, the 2 Tylenol and 1 Aleve have done their job - my headache shrunk to the size of Rhode Island by after dinner and is now a faint memory. Pharmaceutical Roulette

i'm going to have to remember this cocktail recipe. glad the headache was ousted!
oh, honey - it's a favorite. I up it to 4 Advil and the 2 Tylenol if there aren't Alleve on hand.
Kathy (my nurse cousin) says you can take as many ibuprofen you want or your stomach can stand, but you must limit the Tylenol to two for your kidneys.
