Glamming it up - cakewise, that is

My niece requested the tween sensation Hannah Montana cake for her birthday party with her friends. Auntie obliged. I got creative with the border and the sides of the cake - but otherwise I stuck with the formula Wilton provided with their Disney licensed cake. She is happy with the results - and that is all that matters.
